Is this not important? Is this actually something that's going to have major consequences? That is actually a question you should be asking yourself with regard to time sensitivity. Are there consequences to me not doing this right now? That's what should define urgency. there significant consequences to me not doing this right now or in the next hour or two? That's what defines urgency. And you'll find when you ask yourself that most of the things are not going to qualify
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Who's, who's doing it right? Anybody, anybody doing it right?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I'm raising my
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Oh, Colleen, you go ahead. Go, go ahead, Colleen.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:First of all, I'm not going to jinx myself, but I think I might have. Bettered my sound quality on my end. So I'm
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Thank God. Sorry about last week, you guys.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:we really were thought we were doing it in the beginning of the episode. I was so pumped at myself. So I'm not going to jinx myself, but also this is a shout out to our guest and previous guest. I am currently taking a class. And so are you, Cheryl? We'll taking it together. We're taking a coaching course together. with Sky Michaels and Susie Adamson, who is here with us, spoiler alert. And I really feel like it has
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:go
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:way that I have not felt grounded in the last year. And I will geek out and tell you all about it, but we should introduce guest. friend,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Okay. Well, we have Susie, our mentor, our friend, our amazing hero of life. Susie Adamson, who is a productivity coach, who helps people get shit done. Love it. Welcome Susie. Welcome back.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:love being here. I feel like I'm with you every week as it is when I'm listening, I'm like, I'm just talking to you as I listen on the radio on Spotify or whatever. I text you guys, right? Like, Oh, I love when you said this, or this is interesting.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. Or don't
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yes. I love it.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:You guys don't be whack. Be very clear that Susie is our biggest but also, and I will not say critic, but she also is the person that holds us to holds our feet to the fire. The most, I think, and I love that so much about you, Susie is you will not let us be on our bullshit. Like you will just be like, nah, man. Like. I think that was whack what you said. Let's talk about it and let's have a conversation about it. And I, that about you and I love,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:it's like what Cheryl, I feel like this was your topic on when you're on some other podcast. I feel like I saw something on social media about this, how, different perspective, like multiple perspectives is
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:really sharpens all of us, right? I love that. And feel like I just, I don't, critique you guys so much as I offer my perspective of, oh, I heard it this way, or maybe you could, you know, think about this in the future.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah. And I love it.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I love that. I appreciate it because I, we all are this, like we've all grown up in our own story and our own world and without exposure to other perspectives. We're not wrong for not having the other perspective. We just have not yet had the exposure to it. So putting yourself in positions to receive the feedback, read the books, learn about other things. That's how we're going to do it. At this time in life, I don't have a shitload of time to read. So I rely on Susie to tell me.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Well, and that's an interesting, yeah, I was just gonna say, that's an interesting point about like, we use the word ignorant in with negative connotations, but. Ignorant just means that you haven't learned or you don't know about something and I think that that's really an important definition to remember is that we could be ignorant about something, but it doesn't mean that we're not willing to learn it. It doesn't mean that we're not interested in learning. It just means that we haven't. Learned it. Yeah. And I think that that is something that we are all bringing to each other every day. Right. It's just different perspectives and different opportunities to learn and different, which is great. So
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I always
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:anyway.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:don't know what you don't know,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:sometimes you're not even aware of the, if you're a blind spot, so. Okay.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:with a partner on them. Not because I need a partner, but because I want a partner, I want the. Obviously support physically and mentally, but then I also want the different perspective because I'm, I see things from my lens and I think another, I think Susie, you maybe initially talked about this, maybe when Rachel and I maybe had a disagreement on a transaction or something. And you said, I think that's so helpful because I'm not looking at this offer. I'm not looking at this strategy. I'm not like, I'm not the only person that's going to receive this. So it's not only my mentality. That's important. It's to get broader Ideas.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:used to do this with, my former business partner Bonnie, we used to say in our presentations, we're going to give you different perspectives at times. And we think that's in your best interest.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:and I
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:we don't, we try not to argue in front of the children, but we, you know, so we're mindful, right. Like not ever stepping on each other. But we do try to offer different perspectives when it's helpful.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. I think.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Love it. Well, that's not what we're talking about today. Oh, sorry, Colleen.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I was just going to say, I think all of these always goes back to everything that we talk about in, in circle is just like creating your tribe and creating the, and talking about and thinking about who you're surrounding yourself with and who are the people that you're going to, you know, like I, I'm now a team lead and now, And I go to you guys, right, for, as my, as my squad, as my team, as my board of advisors, is what I like to call you guys. and
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I love that term.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:you're both in totally different markets with totally different ways of transactionally doing real estate or whatever. But that is super helpful, I think, for me. So anyway.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:to circle back, even though this isn't what we're talking about, I do, find, the whole idea of the CliftonStrengths, which you guys
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm hmm. Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:been super helpful for me in this area, right? So now, like I think about, right, Cheryl is a woo person, so how can I provide input in a way that can recognize that strength of hers? Do you know what I mean? So that she can hear my input differently?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Oh, I love that.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So like, really opened my eyes to Not everybody has the strengths I have. Like, I just thought, Oh, well, everyone's a connector. Everyone knows how to make these connections. And I've actually just been watching this guy on TikTok talks about how Koreans and Japanese in particular have this this skill. Uh, in Korean, it's called nunchi in, I think I've mentioned it before in Japanese, there's another term for it, but it is a particular like societal norm that we have that I guess not everybody has in every culture, which is to read the room and
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Ah,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:and to, and to make connections things that are not said. I thought that that was common. Do you know what I'm saying? I just
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yeah. Like universal.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:And so,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:and the point he makes, which I think is so good. And I, of course, forwarded this as I do many things to my husband. And is it? The pebbling and pebbling
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes, pebbling,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:him this because. It has particular impact on our relationship because I expect him to get things I haven't said. And this is not just male, female thing. It's a, like,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:cultural,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:to read my, read my, my emotions, my feeling like, and I tell him all the time his nunshi sucks he has terrible nunshi he knows it, but it's, it leads to a lot of tension in our relationship.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I think in the predominantly white male dominated culture, like that is not a thing at all. Like,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Silence.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:my mom's side's Greek and Italian. And. And then my dad's side is like more Irish, you know, like English, whatever. None of them, my grandfather was first generation, but on, am I, uh, my mom's side, but everybody else has been here, right? Like,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Silence.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:families, it's very loud, right? It's very main character energy. And there's not a lot of people who are looking to see. And if they are, it's the women who are really much like trying to read the room, also trying to get the gossip, trying to understand what's going on with that people, but typically it's loud and, and, and main character energy and people trying to be center of attention. And I see that on both sides of my family, but never is there a situation where somebody sitting back, I wonder how I should act towards this person and read the room and whatever. Like I just, you don't see that.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:as you're describing this about the five love languages, the premise behind that book is. Not everybody receives things in the same way. So understanding your partner, this is how I've used it is with a partnership. If I feel like I'm giving Alex presents all the time because I love receiving presents. And so I'm like, Oh, I'm trying to show you love. I'm giving you presents. And then his love language is actually acts of service. And I never unload the dishwasher. Then I'm missing it for him. For the record. Alex will tell you I'm all five love languages, that I want all five of them, which is fine.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I find of the 5 up languages. Just that I think we shift depending on where we are
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yes,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I am usually acts of service. Like I receive acts of service and I give acts of service. And
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:is a physical touch person, but that's not always right. Going to be
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:right.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Well, and,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yeah, I used to be quality time and words of affirmation were like my two strongest, but now that I have three little kids, I'm like, please do something for me. Please do anything,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:right, right. I think there's that idea,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:affirmation, frankly, like who doesn't need
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:know.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I mean, I
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Some people get, some people don't like it. Some people get uncomfortable when people compliment them.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I'm like, give me more.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:tell me I'm great. That's all I want to hear in my life.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I know. Let's talk about all my best skills.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:And I think there's this new concept too, like we were all taught the golden rule, right? Like treat people the way that you want to be treated. I've heard this new adaptation of that or evaluation of that is, no, treat people how they want to be treated because you might not want to be treated The way that they want to be treated. And that kind of correlates with that, right? Like you, how I want to be treated is when I'm upset, I want someone to give me a hug and I want them to tell me that I'm great and it's going to be okay, but maybe, Susie, that's not what you want when you're upset. So it's that concept.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:just tell you a hilarious around that? Do
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:how you're supposed to? My husband, I try to practice this thing where like the hugging, the therapy, right? Like you hug for at least like eight seconds or whatever. And that's supposed to elevate your mood. So we do that, but then he holds on too long. And then I'm like, you just erased all the positive energy because now I feel trapped. And
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Do you set a timer, a timer?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Two and I'm like one two three four five six seven eight. So even just that whole exercise backfires on us.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Okay, Susie, how Alex tells me he's ready to release is two pats on my butt or my back, wherever he's hugging me. And that's like his sign that he's done with the embrace.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:oh, I like it.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:ten would be the sign.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Oh, you guys are actually counting out loud.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:and then he
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Oh my God.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:longer and I'm like, oh,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Oh my God. That
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Uh, so this morning, who did we have on happier human this morning? What was his name?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I can't remember
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Junpei. So he was doing a meditation and it was a lot about mindfulness. And so Alex and I kissed right in the middle of it. And I was like, Oh, we should make our kisses mindful and and do that. So there should be a little bit longer. And we used to do this like head hug where we'd lean our heads on each other. So now we're going to try mindful kisses. So we'll see. Yeah, we're adorable. We're so sweet. We're trying everything guys. Just want happiness. We are mostly happy, but we're tired. Okay. So we're not talking about these things today. I love that we can have no topic and probably go on for 45 minutes, but today we are going to talk about the importance of a mission statement, clarifying your vision, clarifying your why, I guess maybe some clarity on the reasons we're doing things. And how that can help us make the next choice, make the next decision and have clarity in our lives.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. Take it away.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:so
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:intro here, babe.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:said, I told you guys before the call, I'm sort of obsessed with this. read a new statistics statistic that I found, which is that we, an average adult makes between 33 and 35, 000 conscious decisions a day,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Goodbye.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:really mind blowing.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:No wonder we're so tired.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:me back to when we were renovating our house and the insane decision fatigue that I experienced. Again, you know,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:to have, obviously, but for who's living life, and I think this is especially true for women, we've talked about the mental load in the past. We were constantly being bombarded with decisions that we have to make, and they I mean, the idea that we're making 35, 000 decisions just means that most of our decisions are really automatic. And then the question to me as a coach becomes, well, how do I help people to make the right decisions? Like go to the next. Decision, how do you make conscious decisions? How do you, are you more intentional about the decisions that you're making so that you get to the end of the day and feel like you have done the things you really wanted to get done? That the highest level priorities have been addressed. So I say often in my coaching, you guys have heard me say this a million times, that there is no such thing as time management because we have a certain amount of hours. You can't manage that time. You can't also, you don't manage your priorities. You have a set of priorities. So the question becomes, how do you manage the decisions? That you're making day long
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:to be aligned with your priorities and so that you are making the most of the time that you have.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes. But,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Okay. How
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:your point, we need something else to help us get there. Right? Like what roll into,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:so then, when I suggested talking about mission and why is because as we're making these 35, 000 decisions a day, we need decision filters. We need ways
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:like. Consciously and subconsciously answer the question of what do I do next? the next most important thing for me to do? I use my coaching often the Eisenhower Matrix, which is just the, the relationship between importance and And urgency. Most of us live our days according to what we think is urgent. What we think is time sensitive and really also just the whole squirrel thing, right? Whatever is right in front of our face. Which is often an email, a phone call, a person, an idea, a thought. favorite that I've been using lately is like, we're at a post office. I use the post office analogy because I loathe the post office. I really, it's like my least favorite chore is to go to the post office because inevitably you're standing in line for a long period of time. No matter when you go, it's some long, Period of time and almost always some comes up and says to the count that goes up to the counter and says, I just have a quick question,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Get out, get out.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:like, we can, we can all relate to that. Someone's
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I also, I'm that person sometimes. Shocking.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:all, we all are. And then,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:shocking.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:you say the people in line, especially if you are in New Jersey, New York, where I've spent most of my adult life, you say, excuse me. I've been waiting for an hour. Get to the back of the line. I don't care how quick your question is, but this happens to us all day long. So think about all of your tasks as the people in line. They're
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Okay.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Okay. then your child, your dog, your thought, whatever comes to the front of the line, he says, I just have a quick question
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Dude, literally
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:right? Instead of saying, Hey, get in
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:get to the back of the line, kid.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right. And putting that idea, that thought, that task, that email, that person in the right place in line. We don't do that. We just say, okay, fine. Just ask me the question. then get out of here.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:If we think about that during the course of the day, when you have a distraction of any kind, whether it's a person, a thought, a task. Writing it down then allows you to put it in the right place in line. Does that make sense?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:You just did the real.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yeah. And compass compass. If you're listening, if we could please prioritize our task list in the software, that'd be very helpful in putting these fuckers in line.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So then,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:looking at the line, as you then scan your task list, which I've talked about a million times in my Reels, then you can say, okay, what is important? And if you don't know what to do, Your big picture mission is if you don't have that big decision filter, you don't have your ultimate destination in mind, then how are you making the decision of what comes next?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So a lot of people don't think about their mission. Don't think about their vision. Don't think about their values. Don't like they have it in their heads, but they don't really write it down. They don't articulate it. They don't like it and really like chew on it and put it on a post it note like I have on my monitor. don't do that. So that when they're making the decision, what should I do next? It's really not based on the right criteria
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. I think there's a couple of things here. One, it's, it would be interesting to see how many people have a mission statement for their business, but also in life
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I have a life mission statement and I have my business mission statement.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I love that.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:And how often are we looking at it and then using it as our filter?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:And
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:on
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:needed
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:desk, right, this is how I use my computer. If I look over here, I have two framed
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:uh,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:One is my vision board. I have it framed, right? Cause that gives me like a very clear idea. It's actually my vision board from two years ago, but it's still there because it's still impactful to me. And then on one of my coaching retreats, I went to, she had us write three words. to like sum up what we were trying to achieve that year and what we wanted to focus on. So for me, it was, revenue and connection. so I have those three words that I just look at. So that kind of, if I get distracted, they're right there. And I'm like, Oh shit. Yeah. Okay. This is what I'm focusing on. This is, these are the things that I should. Yeah. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:a mission statement, whether it's your annual goals or your monthly goals or your word of the month, like, there are many different ways that you can set a destination for yourself, but you need some sort of goal. pinpoint marker, right? You need to have something that you're aiming for. Otherwise, when you're asking yourself the question of where do I spend my time, energy and money, you don't know how to answer that, right? When you
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:who should I align myself with? Who should I hire? Who should I fire? Who, which client should I take on? If you don't know what you're going for, then how do you answer those questions? Then like anybody. You know, anyone's everyone's invited to the party and like some people are more as more people, but that is not the way to grow. It's not the way to grow as a person. It's not the way to grow as a business, right? I firmly believe in the inch wide a mile deep. Approach to business. You should have a narrow target for your audience. You should have a narrow target for your market. You should know exactly with with a lot of clarity, where to spend your time, energy, money and whom to align with.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:And when we're talking about business too, I think something you touched upon is Is who is your ideal client? Like, I think that, and that's a question I ask, you know, in our inspire her group, or if I'm talking to other business owners, or even if I'm meeting somebody this is a question I talk, if I'm like meeting another business owner and we're having a coffee, right. Then we're networking. I always ask them, who's your ideal client? How can I connect you with your ideal client? And there's a lot of times when people. don't know, right. And you're just like, well, how, how am I supposed to help you if you don't know? And then how are you supposed to, how are you marketing? Who are you marketing to? Who are you trying to connect with? And I think that has been something that has been very grounding for me. And I've had to do that. And it, it, it it changes a little bit. It tweaks, tweaks, right. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:evolve.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:dynamic, which is, I think, part of what is a problem is someone. Thank you. You know, you go to a retreat or you go to a training and someone takes you through a mission exercise or something, and they are a vision board and you do it. And then you never look at it again. What's the point of that exercise? Then you just wasted whatever time you spent on it. You should be, it should be the thing that you think about. Like, I think about this in the shower. I think about this in the car. Like I'm always like, and this is what I start my reels with, right? My. Now I have right on a post it note right in front of me to equip agents to work and live with greater purpose and productivity. I'm always like, is that right? Is that really getting to what I'm saying? You know, and then
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:tweak it. I'm sure it'll change down the road, but it should be a living, breathing thing as you work with more people.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:So what I was hoping we could do today is kind of go through some of the steps to help people identify their why identify their mission, which then I'm like, was thinking about it this morning. I was like, this is our vision to reality
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:So I was like, I don't have to reinvent the wheel. I already have a lot of the things we did. Ready. So the first thing we did when we did this exercise was clarifying your vision. So a handful of questions you might ask yourself is when you think about success, how do you envision yourself feeling? When you've achieved these goals, you're going to set what feelings do you envision yourself having? And then are there any roadblocks to feeling that way or, or achieving that?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:really feel like this is a really, really important step when you're coming up with a mission statement or trying to figure out who your ideal client is. It's for me, it's been, it's something that, that has is so, that I do all the time, but I think about all the time is, is this vision of who I want to be or what I want my business to be and where I, where I'm going. But, we talk about, you know, visualization or manifesting or whatever you want to call it. But really it has to start with what are you trying to achieve? What is it? And, and there is a why behind that, right? We know that. And I know that Simon Sinek started like, you know, his thing is like, start with the why, but I think everybody can conceptualize for the most part. Like even it's like, I have a recurring images in my mind of what I want myself to either look like, feel like, dress achieve. And all of those have some sort of. towards what I want my life to be like, and how do I get there? Right. So I think this visualization or this vision or this, this step, I don't think people do as often. I think it's really easy to be like, okay, well, what are your core values or what's your statement or whatever? But it's like, when you get this so clear in your mind, I think when you can see it in your mind so clearly, that is the thing that helps propel you towards continuing, right? Like you can set all this stuff up, but what's propelling you towards Continuing. Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:all those questions that you asked, I think a lot of will think about those things piecemeal, but the
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:most people don't take is to actually write things down. And I am obsessed with the need to write things down. I don't mean like physically write things down. You can you do it on the computer, obviously, but there are so many benefits to actually articulating what it
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:goal is what your visions. You know, vision is the answers to those questions that you just asked Cheryl and to so many other questions, like the exercise exercise of actually getting those thoughts in some format outside of your head. It
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:really forces you to focus. And it also, it forces you to clarify, because when you have to put things into words, then really makes you dissect what you think, you know, in your head. So, again, like, people are frequently say oh, I, oh, I know what I'm, I know why I'm doing this, or I'm doing this because I, I love helping people, or, I mean, they're just general, like,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:statements. And, again, I will go back to it. People don't take anything else from this conversation. If the mission statement or your vision statement or whatever you're using to guide you isn't answering the questions of how do I spend my time, energy, money, and who am I spending time with, then it's not the right mission statement. I will read mission statements. from people all the time. First of all, they should be one sentence, which is very difficult to
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:That's so hard. Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:yourself to make it one sentence, even when it's a little bit of a run on because it makes you just get to the essence of what it is you're trying to do. And if it's too long, it's not a filter. Do you know it? Think about a sieve. If it's a, if it's too The holes are too big, then it's not actually going to filter anything, right?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right, right.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:as tight as possible and needs to actually drive your decision making. I read mission statements that are really more what I would call like an executive summary of your business
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So mission statement is not really meant to be is necessarily the about statement on your website.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right. I was gonna say, Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:is, is your bio, it's your like, it's who you are, what you do, it's a lot of stuff, but it's may or may not actually help you make decisions. It's going to
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I think. Mm-Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:decisions about you, know,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:And
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:but is it helping you make decisions about you're doing?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:people get confused about that, right? Because when you think about a mission statement, you think about what somebody's putting on their website or what they're putting on their brochure or whatever, and on their marketing material, right? But. What you're making the differentiation is, is like, no, like that's more of a, just an executive statement about their business or an about statement or whatever, but your mission statement should almost almost just be for you and whoever you're working with, with inside your business. It's almost like, are you saying it's almost like an internal
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah, I
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:statement?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I think a mission statement can be used externally, so I don't want to say like it's only for you, but it's primarily for you.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Okay.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:first and foremost for you.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Well, in that big clarification you made, it's It is to guide your decisions about what you are going to do versus like an executive summary or a bio is driving other people's decisions about how they're going to interact with you. But this is like, this statement is the filter. So if you say, let's give, let's give like a really inflammatory or like a big, big example of this. If you, I mean, Ellen DeGeneres shared this today, not to get political, but, you know, it, she shared the statement, like, If you tell me you love me, but then you vote for someone who will hurt me. Then your, how can you love me? And so if your mission then is I want to treat the people in my life respectfully and lovingly, and then you, you make a choice and it doesn't align with that, then you're, your filter needs to work. If you need to be running choices, you make through that. So if you're like, oh, I'm kind, I'm genuine. I treat everybody equally. And then you make a bold face choice that doesn't do that. Then you're not in alignment with your mission.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Definitely.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Did I do, did I, did I clarify that? Okay,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah, I think then that's not your mission statement, or you're just
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:exactly. Well, then you've got the cognitive dissidence where you're like, well, I'm writing this down and I, I, this is what I want to believe. And this is how I want to behave.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:just not honest either. But I think 1 of the things that's important is being able to see it constantly. Right? Like, Susie, you said you have it on a post it note on your computer, right? I think, And this is where, I'm a, I'm a digital girl in a digital world. I love, uh, I love it all digital, but I think this is where we can, I don't want to say make mistakes, but where it can't help us is because so often on your computer, you can close a tab, you can do a thing, you can cover something up and you can't see it. And I think, It is important to be able to see your mission statement or see the three words or see your goals for this year, like in the physical
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Right.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:right here, because then in the workspace that you're at, like somebody told me once, like it should be in your if you're sitting at your desk, like it should just be somewhere where you can turn and see it.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yep.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I think that's where people, I don't know that a lot of people are doing that. And I think that's where it becomes really easy to just be like, Oh, well, I thought it was going to be
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Then, then you're only focusing on what's top of mind today, based on probably somebody else's priorities, the emails, the urgency things that are coming in,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:It is.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I'm doing this wrong. You guys, I don't have it anywhere.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Um. Cheryl, you talked about like how past couple of, I mean, I listened to all of your episodes. So, like,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Thank you, Susie.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:ago, you were talking about the challenge that you're having of not making time for yourself to be physically well, right?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:hmm. Mm
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:of other people all the time. And that is really the trap that most of us fall into, whether we're Women or men, but I think especially women, we take on the burden of taking care of other people.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:you're not doing that based on what is your purpose, then it is very easy to lose sight of what, you know, what the oxygen mask, like we all know the, that illustration of putting the oxygen mask on first, but if you don't even know. Air that you need to breathe, like what you need to get into your lungs. Right? Like
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:then like, how do you even know which oxygen mask to put on? Do you
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. Or that it's even there, right? Like,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:maybe you don't even know that it's there to help you. I think that there's I think that that is so key to this. But okay. So once we've got our one sentence mission statement, talk to us about the why part. How does that, you know, like your why, like, how does that play into that?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:if you, I say often, if you Google mission statement, you're going to come up with different answers, like different formulas. There's no perfect way to do it. There's no, like, right answer. In my opinion. I don't think who's really the arbiter of what. A mission statement has to be, but the way that I coach to a mission statement is it should incorporate your why, your
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Okay.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:and your who. it's kind of a mashup. My mission statement a decision filter is a mashup with between of your vision, your and your unique selling proposition
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:kind of mushed together. To be a succinct formula for how to make decisions. So,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:So you almost have to come up
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:So let's talk about defining values
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I was going to
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:next. I,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:up with all of this stuff before you do your mission statement. Right.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:right, right.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I take people through is identify your values, which you guys did in your, your session as
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:know, and I have learned to actually give them some to start with. And I often say don't think of something that is so generic, like caring. If you ask realtors, particularly or anybody in a service business, me a value they'll say caring or, you know, I, I dunno, I love
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Boring.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:some nonsense. So I say, what are your non negotiable values? What are the
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:that if someone said to you, what are the three things that you absolutely cannot, veer away from, which are, guiding principles for me, that would be unimpeachable integrity excellence, and humor. Those are
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:it. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I also say if you don't know if like your mind is drawing a blank, Ask yourself if your best friend had to describe you, what are the three adjectives that they would use to describe you? What are the three things that you, yeah you're not going to break on? then I
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:ask people to think about makes them special. Unique, is very hard for a lot of people. I say again what are your raving fans? What are your top clients going to say about you? Why did they choose to work with you? And then why did they choose to recommend you to someone else in the sea of. 10, 000 competitors that you're, that are working around you, whether you're a realtor or a small business owner or W2, you know,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:That's going to make you. Stand out I remind people often don't just think about how you are within your current realm. Nobody was born a realtor. God. Do you know, like you weren't even born a mother. You weren't born a. C suite executive, whatever you are in your life, you're not born an accountant. What did you do before that? What are some qualities that you bring to the table that are transferable? Some of my best bits of advice, I think, to 20 some year olds and younger people you're going to be reinventing yourself for the rest of your life, I hope.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:just, all you need to do is be mindful of the transferable skills that you're developing. It's like if you were a teacher in your past life, if you're a financial consultant, if you are an athlete, there are things that you're bringing to the table from those areas that are unique expertise. The combination of these, those things is what makes the perfect alchemy of you. So then I take all of those things and I put it into chat GPT.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Our robot, our robot friend.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:love our friend chat GPT. So I say, yeah, write a one sentence mission statement. with these attributes.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Susie, quick question about ChatGPT. Are you paying for the pro version or the new version? Okay. Just wondering. I do because otherwise I guess it cuts off information at 2023 or something. Maybe it's sooner now. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I have
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:just was wondering about that.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:yet. I, I did early on think about upgrading, but I haven't. And I love that it learns about you. It's kind of freaky, but it's also
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Right.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Now it knows I'm a real in real estate
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I use
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yeah.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:time now. I've used it now. Cheryl. As a replacement for Google, like you do. I use
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yep.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:is where we're going far off here, but my son had to do a third grade environmental poster for science class. And he was like, I need to write 32 ways to save energy. I was like, holy shit. Well, we asked our robot and I asked, I had to ask many times. I think I got up to like 400 ways to save energy because I can't, I can't have him right down there. Like, Anyway, there was ones that were just, anyway,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:One through 32. Oh,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:was just ones that were
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:got it.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:that a eighth grader, I mean, a third grader would not have known.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:anyway,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:then I like, we'll take whatever chat GPT spits out and I'll say, make this more succinct or
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:compelling, or I really want to highlight the humor element or,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Do you know what I did today? And again, this, I digress, but I think this is the power of information and chat GPT and also partnerships. So I, has been more interested in learning about my cycle and the four phases of the cycle. And I. I know, I thought that was really cool. Um, anyway, shout out. I downloaded this app called Lively, which allows you to share, it tracks your cycle, but it allows you to share it with your partner,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Ooh.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:was a really cool app idea, and it's not a, a lot of these cycle apps are based on getting pregnant, and this one is not, right, so it's more anyway. He was kind of like, cause you can share like like how frisky you're feeling or not. And he's always like, why are you on negative 12? And I was like, oh, um, like, oh, because I'm in the luteal phase. And then I chat GPT and I said, please explain to my husband in simple terms, what the luteal phase is and why I might, how I might feel physically and emotionally. And then it popped it out. And I was like, here, here's why I'm at negative 12.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Can you read it to us?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:for
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:changes that can affect how you feel physically and emotionally. And then it lists like physical changes, bloating, breast tenderness, fatigue, craving, acne, cramps, mild discomfort, emotional changes, mood swings, increased sensitivity, low mood or sadness, difficulty concentrating. And so it was like a really easy way for me to. To just send that to him. And then he was like, got it.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I feel like he's more aware of what's going on with me than I am. I'm like, I don't know. I'm just bitchy. He's like, because this is where you are.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:it's a really cool app and this is not an ad, but they should sponsor us. But it also has like, you can track all your symptoms. It tells you what foods you should be eating, what kind of exercise or activity you should be doing during this time. Exactly.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:just like ride around with us.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:a good app. And I love that part of the feature was that your partner, whomever they may be, can download the app and then you invite them to share your information with them. So
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:love this side tangent because it's a good reminder. So I just put into chat GPT when I'm in my luteal phase, how can I stay on track with my goals?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:there you go. Because,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:go.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah, because you're, it's hard to concentrate.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:energy and heightened emotional sensitivity. And
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:just reminded again of my favorite analogy, which is that we're always driving in a car. We're always You're in like when you're driving, you have a destination and you have to have a road map. Right? And so when you're in your luteal phase in my, my, um, My analogy here. It's like you have a flat tire
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Or the air is slowly going out of your tires,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:or like you need some maintenance on your car, but you're still going you're still driving But if you don't again you have a roadmap because you know your destination you'll still get there You might just get there slower. You might have to take more breaks You might need a little you might need a tow truck to like take you the rest of the way But you still
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:your guardrails, right?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:you're all about the guardrails, right? So this is when you might be bumping into those guardrails and you need those set up your task list, your, you know, like all of those things, because I'm tired, man, like I am so tired and I go to my task list and here's my question for you. Susie. When we, you know, we prioritize these tasks as urgent or important, but when I'm feeling tired, I'm like, Oh God. If I look at like, okay, you have to do your newsletter. I'm like, Oh, that takes a lot of energy. I don't.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:This is why it's so important to know how to make these decisions,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:you've got everything written down in this task list and like yesterday, I just like I had a really busy week last week and this week is a little bit slower. And so I'm trying not to actually like force myself to be quote unquote productive all the
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:use this week as. more of a recharging time. But because I have a very reliable task list, I can scan the list and go, okay, in this sort of down week, I really need to do this this week? No, I do not. I can just use this till next week. And in fact, I advised a client yesterday she's like, I, I just, I'm dealing with the stressful transaction today. So I said, I want you to take of the tasks that are not urgent today that are not time sensitive for today and proactively snooze them till tomorrow or later on in the week,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:off your plate. But you know, they're there. you can release the stress of worrying that you're not going to get to them eventually. If your newsletter doesn't actually have to get done today and you're not feeling it because you're in your luteal phase and you have lower energy,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I'm tired. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:it on that list tells you, releases your stress of saying, okay I know I'm going to get to it. I know
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Mm hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:that. I'm going to be reminded to do it. You know what
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. Yeah.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:So it's just not having a sense of purpose. First of all, will make it impossible for you make to make the right decisions because you
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:hmm.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:this important? Is this not important? Is this actually something that's going to have major consequences? That is actually a question you should be asking yourself with regard to time sensitivity. Are there consequences to me not doing this right now? That's what should define urgency. there significant consequences to me not doing this right now or in the next hour or two? That's what defines urgency. And you'll find when you ask yourself that most of the things are not going to qualify. Right? Okay.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:I took a formal maternity leave. My email, my computer was shut off for a period of time and people were still emailing me and they just would go on. Responded and I had done obviously a good job of setting people up with who to actually contact in my absence and blah, blah, blah. But when I got back from maternity leave each time, it was very easy to clear my inbox because I would start at the farthest long ago. Like, I don't know how to say that appropriately but I would start back there. The oldest. Thank you. Thank you.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:No,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Maybe I have a block on that word as I'm approaching.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:yeah. The longest away
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Less recent.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Yeah, so yeah, I would start there because all that shit had pretty much already been taken care of, so it was delete, delete, delete, file, file, file, done, so it's like, obviously, a lot of that shit, if I was in my day to day working during that maternity leave, that all would have felt urgent. Because somebody was pushing me for something, but it, if you just let it go, it turns out it's not urgent. There's actually an agent in my market that I feel like that's her that's her approach or strategy towards business is if I just don't answer most of the shit's just going to go away,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:manager said that to me that she gets so many requests and requirements. I mean, things that other people would think like, I have to get this done right now.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yeah. I
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:until the third time they remind me. And then I know it's important.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:right?
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:too, to the opposite side of that. You have to be the person who follows up and follows up and follows up. I think that that is something
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:wheel,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:good at in my business is I don't ever feel like, well, sometimes I do, but I do it anyway. I don't ever feel like I'm annoying somebody. I take the viewpoint of they're probably really busy, so I'm going to keep emailing them and nobody does that. I don't
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:because I want people to do that to me. I truly I'm busy. If I missed it, my God, please remind me if that fell off my radar, like I want to be reminded. So in the. Uh, there are no words. What is going on with my brain today? I cannot think. It is, it is 9 57 and Susie has a meeting in three minutes. So we need to wrap this up as much as this is proof that Susie should just live here with us because I could talk to you all day about everything. So Susie, before you go, if people want more of this or more of this guidance and helping people just get shit done, where do people connect with you and what does it look like?
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I do try to post on Instagram somewhat regularly, little thoughts that I have reels about how to live with greater purpose and productivity. So my Instagram handle, which I really should change is Susie N-J-P-A-S-U-S-I-E-N-J-P-A. my website is susie adamson.com. Super simple.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Amazing.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Love it. We will definitely put all that in our show notes and any of the resources that we mentioned will also include in show notes. Thank you so much for being here and just guiding Colleen and I every day
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Oh,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:through life.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:want to say one thing. If you're a realtor and Susie's not coaching you, what are you even doing with your life? You're
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:missing out.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I don't care who you are or what you're doing and what you're listening to. If you're a realtor, Susie should coach you. And when she expands that business, if she does to non realtors, you should also be coached by her.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Well, and this is a great application of what we talked about, knowing your target audience. Because
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Yes.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I was going to coach all entrepreneurs. And my coach was like, no ma'am, no ma'am
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:ma'am,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:And if possible, only compass realtors
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:except for me,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Colleen, other than Colleen, I love it.
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:um, if you guys think I quote Susie a lot on the podcast, you should walk around with me in real life because I might say, well, Susie says,
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:people's like, Oh,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:having an impact.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:like a little Susie
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:actually
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:everybody's
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:new
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:Oh,
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:should be Susie says,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:I love that. Let's see if
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:although
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:and go see if that's available.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:I was searching, I don't know why I was searching for you on Instagram because obviously we're friends or whatever, but I started typing in concentration coach instead of your name,
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:handle.
colleen_1_10-09-2024_120935:maybe that's what it was. Maybe
cheryl_1_10-09-2024_090936:Oh, okay. All right. Well, thanks for coming to our, our morning together. Everybody. Love you. Bye.
squadcaster-05gg_1_10-09-2024_120935:Love you guys! Bye!
